Terms of Service

1. Purpose These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between bookdabanginc ("Company") and users regarding the "Home Run Baseball" service ("Service"). 2. Formation of Contract ① The contract is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and completes sign-up. ② By signing up, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. 3. Service ① The Company provides gameplay, ability/level progression, match-record saving, and matches against other users. ② The Company may change or suspend the Service; material changes are announced in advance. 4. User Obligations ① Users must not misappropriate others' information or use the Service by improper means. ② Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials (email/password). 5. Limitation of Liability ① The Service is provided for entertainment. The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or the user's fault. ② The Company makes its best effort to preserve data but is not liable for loss of on-device (localStorage) data. Addendum These Terms take effect on the date posted.
